Laryngopharyngeal reflux is the reflux of gastric content into the larynx and pharynx. Although laryngohparyngeal refl ux has been recognised as an important cause of respiratory symptoms, diagnosing laryngopharyngeal reflux in children is still challenging. We present a 4.5-year-old boy in whom we found laryngopharyngeal reflux as a cause of chronic cough and recurrent wheezing episodes.
